Back in March I made the mistake of getting drunk with my old Schoolfriend James.
Next morning I was emotionally committed to accompanying him on a mid-life crisis satisfying bike ride from John O'Groats to Land's End - the infamous end-to-end from top of the country to the bottom.
The dates were set for a two week expedition starting out on 14th July 2007.
This involves cycling about 1000 miles at an average 70 odd miles for each of the 15 days.
